SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Purchasing- Keep in mind that all orders are not final until completing your cart order payment process. Once completing payment process you will then receives an order number, and confirmation letter in your email provided in order details.
- Processing- Once we received your order please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for processing. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once our mail carrier has received the package and it is successfully processed through their systems.
- Shipping- Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. We all orders through USPS/UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertise time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the received date ( excluding weekends or national holidays). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the provided return address.
You may also use the prepaid return label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
NO CASH REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging.
- FADED LIFESTYLE is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package had left our HQ, and in the hands of the post office we have no control of the package.
